Grab a piece of paper. Draw a line down the middle.

Left column: Aligned
List the things in your life right now that genuinely reflect what matters most to you. The things you’d choose again today.

Right column: Normalized
List the things you’ve accepted as normal that you never actually chose. The things that just happened. The things you stopped questioning.

Don’t overthink it. Just write.

Then look at the Normalized column. That’s where your course corrections live.

You don’t have to fix all of it. But you have to see it first.
