I love writing these posts, they are always such good reminders for what I need to continually work on 🥰
In 2024, let’s remember to slow down and enjoy more of the good things in life.
Be grateful for everyday, we have so much to be thankful for. Celebrate your accomplishments. You have a lot to be proud of, and you don’t even know how many people you’re inspiring just by being you.
Show your family and friends how much you love them and that you appreciate having them in your life. Those relationships are priceless.
Get off the couch. Go out. Try new things. Just like @codyjohnson says- If you have a chance, take it. If you’ve got a dream, chase it ❤️
Smile more. Get REALLY excited about your goals. You can do anything! Watch what happens when you get super intentional with your time and energy this new year.
Meet new friends, but always make time to spend with old friends, those friendships are so good for your soul.
Let go of anything that doesn’t light you up. Negative people, guilt, limiting beliefs, clutter. Make room for all of the amazing new things coming to you this year.
Take time for yourself. Protect your peace. Ask for what you want and need. You’re a much better Mom, wife, and leader when you are truly happy. Your positive vibes have a ripple effect on everyone in your world.
Get more sleep. Work out. Have you been to my brother’s @f45_training_delafield Team Training. Life Changing. You’ll love it!
Prioritize your health and happiness. Spend time alone when you need to recharge.
Most importantly! Choose to be happy. Decide to have the best year ever. Surround yourself with people that inspire you. Get a coach and finally breakthrough all of the crap that’s been holding you back.
Invest in yourself and know that you’re worthy and deserve to have EVERYTHING you want in life.
It’s your time to choose happy and healthy, radiate abundance and love, and live a life of impact and freedom Happy New Year ❤️
