Most coaching focuses on either mindset or strategy. This does both—at a high level. As one of only 1,100 Certified High Performance Coaches in the world and a top 1% Realtor with 30+ years of business success, I bring a results-proven method that’s grounded in neuroscience, leadership, and implementation. You won’t just feel better—you’ll perform better and get real results.
CHPC is completely different than traditional coaching. The larger outcome, even beyond any goal of the client, is to help the client reach higher performance in all areas of their life. There is a set of specific questions that are followed in each unique session. Each session also has a training component, where the CHPC teaches the client a new habit, tool or concept that furthers their education and growth in that area. In short, there is a curriculum in CHPC, a true roadmap for progress that allows the client to consistently feel that each session is adding value and they're advancing in life, no matter their goal.
Each coaching session is 60 minutes. Most clients spend an additional 30–60 minutes between sessions implementing, reflecting, or accessing private support (VIP).
You can expect greater clarity, stronger boundaries, improved systems, and a new level of self-trust for you and your team. Clients walk away with more confidence, consistent income, a streamlined business, and the energy to fully enjoy their lives again.
