I’ve spent more than 30 years as an entrepreneur, built a career as a top 1% Realtor, and sold more than 1,800 properties. I know what it takes to build something successful, sustain it over decades, and keep evolving as what you want from your success changes.
I’m also a Certified High Performance, Success, and Life Coach, bringing decades of real-world business experience into the coaching work I do today.
I’m ambitious. I love building businesses, making money, and going after big goals. I still get excited about what I can create next.
I’ve also been very intentional about building a life that gives me time to enjoy the success I’ve worked so hard to create. For years, I’ve rarely worked nights or weekends; I’ve protected time for my family and the things I love, and I don’t believe success should require giving everything else in your life whatever is left over.
That’s a big part of why I created Redefining Success®.
I work with successful entrepreneurs and high achievers who already know how to get results and want to make sure what they’re building next reflects what they actually want from their success and their life now.
