These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of digital products ("Products") provided by Laura Flood, Laura Flood Coaching, Redefining Success, Real Estate Methods of Success, and Laura’s Real Estate, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Digital Product Description
Our digital products include but are not limited to downloadable files, guides, templates, eBooks, courses, video and audio trainings and other digital materials delivered electronically through our website or a third-party platform.
2. License & Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal or internal business use only.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the Product.
- Modify or create derivative works without written permission.
- Use the Product for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
3. Payments & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our Products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless otherwise stated. If you encounter any issues accessing or downloading your Product, please contact us at support@lauraflood.com.
4. Intellectual Property
All Products and content provided are the intellectual property of Laura Flood. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
5. Delivery
Digital Products are delivered via email or download link upon successful payment. If you do not receive access within a reasonable timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us.
6. Access Duration
When you purchase this digital product, you receive lifetime access for the duration of the product. This means access will remain available for as long as the product is actively offered and maintained by our business.
7. Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue, update, or retire this product at any time. In the event the product is retired, you will be given at least 30 days’ notice and an opportunity to download any materials available at that time (where applicable).
8. One-Year Minimum Access Guarantee
We guarantee access for a minimum of 12 months from your date of purchase. Continued access beyond that period is provided at the discretion of our business and subject to availability.
9. Account Responsibility (if applicable)
If access to the Product requires account creation, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Product, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
